The fourth floor of the Fort Worth courthouse was bustling. There were beautiful brides waiting their biggest days around every corner ( actually there are no corners, it's one big, beautiful circle )- it was a wedding photographer's dream. Some were in long dresses, some in short. One bride was running around posing with delight, while a more quiet bride stood patiently holding her soon to be husband in a cozy corner just enjoy the lovely buzz of excitement in the air.
I was waiting for my dear Davidson family! This was exciting for me because John was one of my seniors years ago ( he let me pose him in a golf bunker as he chipped sand straight into my lens - it was a fun shot! No lenses were hurt during this session ). John had told me of this "girl" a year earlier at a wedding we were both at. And here I was- waiting to meet this girl and capture their best of days! She walked in off the elevators and I could understand his excitement from a year ago- Laura Catherine was stunning. Once her family joined the rest of us we basically had an intimate and joyful wedding party waiting our turn to see the judge and make the thang official!
As the day turned to a gorgeous night in cowtown, both families celebrated at Magdalena's Catering & Events. The pictures speak for the themselves on how well the night went, how amazing the food was, and how precious this couple is. Congratulations you guys!!
